What information can a knowledge system use?

The main sources are usually documents, file systems and databases. Depending on the project, we can also connect chats, emails, wikis, dedicated knowledge bases and other business systems. For knowledge systems, we show the sources used so users can trace the answers. General chatbots, by contrast, can also answer without source citations. The system can summarise information and compare multiple sources. Creating a dedicated knowledge base from this information is a planned extension.
