From use case to appWhat does the customer receive, and who handles maintenance?
The customer receives the complete source code, documentation and a handover. The solution runs on the customer’s infrastructure; the database is backed up independently of the apps, and Git versions the source code. The customer can change the apps and app shell itself. If we are to maintain the platform together, we recommend keeping changes to the app shell and shared base components with us. Further development and maintenance by us are agreed separately.
