How are MCP tools designed for AI?

Each operation is exposed as its own MCP tool. Depending on the task, tools may cover reading, creating and deleting; not every individual UI step needs to be reproduced as a separate tool. This lets AI operate flexibly within a system. For specifically optimised workflows, the tools can still be split into finer operations. The customer decides whether an action requires confirmation; we generally recommend a proposal first, meaning a suggestion for the next steps. The application can provide audit logs when needed. Every MCP interface also receives a description of how AI should use it. When there are many tools, we can group them.
